Tapenagá Department

The department Tapenagá located south of the Chaco Province in northwestern Argentina and is one of 25 administrative units in the province.

It is bordered on the north by the departments Veinticinco de Mayo, Presidencia de la Plaza and General Donovan, on the east by the departments Libertad and San Fernando, on the south by the province of Santa Fe and the west by the departments Mayor Luis Jorge Fontana and San Lorenzo.

The capital of the department Tapenagá is Charadai. It is located 100 kilometers from the provincial capital Resistencia and 1070 km from Buenos Aires.
