The Tarjanne (also Tarjannevesi ) is a lake in the Finnish landscape Pirkanmaa.

The lake is located in the municipality Mänttä - Vilppula. It forms the northwestern foothills of a lake system that extends until to Tampere.

The water area covers 54.87 km ². The lake lies at an altitude of 96.1 m and reaches a depth of 67.78 m.

The catchment area of ​​3193 km ² is Tarjanne. It is fed from the north-west lake system Vaskivesi - Visuvesi. The Tarjanne is drained to the southeast over two outflow arms to the nearby lake Ruovesi.
