Tensfeld
Tensfeld is a municipality in the district of Segeberg in Schleswig-Holstein. Tens fields Moor and Burade lie in the municipality.
Geography and transport
Tensfeld is located about 21 kilometers east of Neumünster in a rural and lakeside environment. To the west runs the federal motorway 21 of Bad Segeberg to Kiel, north of State Road 430 from Neumünster to Plön. South of the village is the Muggesfelder lake. The Tens Au River flows through the municipal area.
From 1911 to 1961 Tensfeld was the small train station Kiel Segeberg.
Policy
The voters Community WGT has since the municipal election of 2008, all nine seats in the municipal council.

Economy
The gravel mining is an important source of income for the village, there are several gravel pits. There are also some retail and commercial businesses in Tensfeld.
