Tepebaşı is a district of the Turkish province of Eskişehir, while a district of Büyükşehir Belediyesi ( city municipality ) Eskişehir.

The district is located in the west of the province and covers the northern part of the province 's capital. It is bordered on the northwest by the province Bilecik, on the north by Mihalgazi and Sarıcakaya, to the east by Alpu, to the south Odunpazarı and in the west by the province of Kütahya and İnönü. Through the district run two roads E 90, which comes from Çanakkale on Bursa and continues through Ankara and Adana up to the Iraq border, and the D- 230, Eskisehir to the west with the highway D -650 combines. In the north the plain Eskişehir Ovasi and parts of the mountains Sündiken Dağları lie. The river Porsuk Çayı which flows through the capital, is about the southern border with Odunpazarı and is dammed in the southwest to the lake Porsuk Baraji from which there is a part in the district Tepebaşı. Northwest of Eskişehir are two smaller lakes, Keskin Göleti and borabey Gölü, which is used by the Anadolu Üniversitesi for water sports activities.

By Tepebaşı the route of the Anatolian Railway from Istanbul Haydarpaşa leads to Ankara. In the north and northwest of the capital of the Eskişehir Anadolu Airport are civilian ( Turkish Eskişehir Anadolu Havaalanı ) and the military Eskişehir Airport ( Eskişehir Havaalanı ).
