The Gores Group, LLC is a US-based investment company based in Los Angeles. The company was founded in 1987 by Alec E. Gores, who still plays the role of Chief Executive Officer and Chairman. So far, the Gores Group has been involved in more than 60 companies with a turnover adds over 15 billion dollars is. Currently (May 2009) managed Gore's around 1.7 billion U.S. dollars in equity, including investment in Sagem Communications and Siemens Enterprise Communications.

In the German media, The Gores Group attracted attention in the acquisition of 51 % of Siemens Enterprise Communications in the summer of 2008.
