Reviews

"The film follows the plot of the novel ... fluently and with considerable ingenuity, with the exception of the now indispensable appearance of Professor Moriarty. Arthur Wontner is the only Sherlock Holmes. His playing is consistently in an impeccable character and he seems like he would just appear from the Sidney Paget's illustrations that Sherlock Holmes made universally unmistakable. "
