Themba Dlamini

Absalom Themba Dlamini ( born December 1, 1950) is a Swazi politician. He was Prime Minister of Swaziland from 26 November 2003 to 16 October 2008.

Biography

Dlamini was 1978 bachelor's graduate at the then - botswanisch Swazi university. In 1987 he also completed a Master at the University of Nairobi. He collected since his school days, great experience in many different areas; so he held managerial positions at the Swaziland National Provident Fund, at the Swaziland Central Bank and the Swaziland Industrial Development Company. In addition, many Swazi Dlamini served as Board Company. From 1991, he was Director and Chief Executive Officer of Tibiyo Taka Ngwane, a national organization dedicated to preserving Swazi culture and economic development strategies.

Dlamini was appointed on 14 November 2003 to the Prime Minister. King Mswati III. honored him with the 'Royal Medal of the Supreme Counsel of the Royal Decree of King Sobhuza II ".

On 16 October 2008 he Barnabas Sibusiso Dlamini, the former Prime Minister followed in office.
