Theresa Andrews

Theresa Andrews ( born August 25, 1962 in New London, Connecticut) is a former American swimmer.

It was at the Olympic Games in 1984 in Los Angeles Olympic champion over 100m backstroke and the 4 × 100 m medley relay of the United States. The first gold medal dedicated to her brother, who is disabled since a bicycle accident.

After her career, she worked as a social worker for several years in a skin clinic.
