Tiffany (South Korean singer)
Tiffany ( born August 1, 1989 in California), real name Stephanie Hwang, is a South Korean- American singer of the band Girls' Generation.
Life
Tiffany ( 티파니 ) grew up in the Californian city of Diamond Bar on as the youngest of three siblings. My Korean name is Hwang Mi- yeong ( 황미영 ). In 2004 she sang at S. M. Casting system in Los Angeles called "The Voice Within " by Christina Aguilera before and was a member of the Agency. On July 7, 2007, she was presented as a member of the nine-member group Girls' Generation.
Tiffany speaks both English and their native language Korean fluently. She is single and is part of the Christian grouping 문미 엔 ( Munmien ), whose members are stars from the cultural and entertainment industry, come together, to pray together.
Career
Published in 2009 Tiffany along with their bandmates Jessica and Seohyun under the name Room Mate the single " Oppa Nappa" ( " 오빠 나빠 "). Together, they also released the promotional song " Mabinogi (It 's Fantastic ) " for the eponymous computer game.
Tiffany also participated in the soundtrack of the TV series Jamyeonggo ( 자명고 ) of the transmitter SBS with the song " Na Honjaseo " ( " 나 혼자서 "). She also sang a duet with K.Will called " Sonyeo, Sarangeul Mannada " ( " 소녀, 사랑 을 만나다 " ) for its EP Dropping the Tears ( 눈물 이 뚝뚝; Nunmuri Ttukttuk ).
On 14 May 2009 the mini-album The First Memories of The Blue, which also contains the song " Neomaneul Neukkimyeo " ( " 너 만을 느끼며 " ) with Tiffany and her bandmate Sooyoung appeared.
Along with Kim Hye-sung, she hosted from 5 November 2007 to 13 June 2008, the mission Sonyeon Sonyeo Gayo Baekseo ( 소년 소녀 가요 백서 ) of the transmitter Mnet. In addition, Tiffany moderated along with her bandmate Yuri on April 4, 2009 to July 31, 2010 MBC Music Core. Due to the Japan debut of Girls' Generation both left the music program. On October 11, 2011, the two returned after a year and three months back to Music Core and replaced so miss As Suzy and T- ara Jiyeon. On January 28, 2012 Yuri left the show again in order to focus on her first drama Fashion King. Currently, Tiffany Music Core moderated with their bandmates Taeyeon and Seohyun with which it forms also Girls' Generation first sub- group, TaeTiSeo.
On 15 October 2010 their single " Banji " ( " 반지 " ) was published. The track was used as the theme song for interactive web drama Haru ( 하루 ), produced by the Korean Tourism Organization.
From 25 November 2011 to 29 January 2012, she played the role of Carmen Diaz in the South Korean version of the musical Fame.
2012 Tiffany sang the song " Because It 's You " for the drama Love Rain in which her bandmate Yoona plays the main role.
Girls' Generation
The South Korean girl group Girls' Generation ( 소녀 시대 ,少女 时代) was founded in 2007 by SM Entertainment was founded. Its official debut in the group on August 5, 2007 in music show Inkigayo. The first album Girls' Generation was the first in a girl group since 2002, which sold over 100,000 copies in South Korea. On this success, the group was able to continue without any problems with the next album and EPs.
2009, the group managed with the title " Gee " a huge success. With the song, the group set a new record in the KBS show Music Bank by they reached the first place in nine consecutive weeks.
In addition, Girls' Generation popular advertising and campaigned among other things, Nexon, Nintendo, the water park Caribbean Bay, and the city of Seoul. In August 2010, the group began to shift their musical activities to Japan.
