Time Flies is a single by British progressive rock band Porcupine Tree, which appeared on the studio album The Incident first time in 2009.

The song - written by frontman Steven Wilson - is the central piece of the 55 -minute developments on the first disc of the album. Its content focuses on the aging and the phenomenon that time seems to pass faster during aging, the lyrics often refers to Wilson's previous life. The song was cut from the album - length of 11:40 minutes for both the single release as well as a music video. That video project was directed by Lasse Hoile, who works for a long time with Porcupine Tree together. Due to an error in the Mix stage the promo single edition has a changed drum mix, what it differs from the album version.
