Tine Wittler

Christine " Tine " Wittler (born 2 April 1973 in Rahden, Westphalia ) is a German book author, film producer, entrepreneur and television presenter.

Life

Tine Wittler grew up in East Westphalia Rahden and put on Soderblom Gymnasium Espelkamp the Abitur. One year her school years she spent in the United States. She studied Culture and Communication Sciences in Lüneburg and Glamorgan. From 1998 she began working as an editor for various formats, such as Bravo TV. In 2002, she published her first novel, The Princess and the Horst; 2003 appeared almost simultaneously the successor novel Horst Go Home! and parallel world, a novel in which Tine Wittler also dealt from her own experience with the issue of unemployment. All three novels are set at their residence Hamburg- Ottensen. It also followed the novels "Something is always " (2007) and "We then wär'n so far" ( 2009). In 2012 she published Who wants to be beautiful, must travel, a nonfiction book in which they are employed on their research trip to Mauritania, West Africa, with the origin and the social significance of beauty ideals. In this project, it was also the first time working as a film producer and brought with her independent production company plump film " Who wants to be beautiful, must travel " (directed by René Schöttler ) as a documentary in theaters ( nationwide theatrical release in September 2013). The film received the title of " valuable " the FBW Film Review Board. Since 2013 she is involved with the movement " Rebelles " for body diversity and acceptance in society and the media.

Since October 2003 Wittler moderates the RTL show use in four walls. About this program is an eponymous Guide was published in October 2005, to the successor since several volumes have appeared. Since 2004 Tine Wittler operates in Hamburg at the Bar " parallel world " in the Altona district. Her fashion label plump world (since 2006), she has been conducting in July 2013 kingsize queens under the new name.
