Tomáš Kudělka

Tomáš Kudělka ( born March 10, 1987 in Gottwaldov, Czechoslovakia) is a Czech ice hockey player who is under contract with HC Vitkovice Steel in the Czech Extraliga since 2011.

Career

Tomáš Kudělka began his career as a hockey player in his hometown in the junior section of the HC Zlín, for the first team, he was active in the Czech Extraliga 2003-2005. Then the defender in the NHL Entry Draft was in the fifth round as the 136th overall player selected by the Ottawa Senators in 2005, for which he, however, never played. Instead, he ran from 2005 to 2007 in the Canadian Junior Football League Western Hockey League for the Lethbridge Hurricanes up. Between 2005 and 2010, the former Junior national team played a total of 182 games for Ottawa's farm team, the Binghamton Senators of the American Hockey League. He scored twelve goals and gave 36 templates. Subsequently, the Czech returned to Europe and signed a contract for the 2010/11 season at the newly founded HK Budiwelnik Kiev from the Kontinental Hockey League. Since his new club did not take up the game operation, he left them and was signed in August 2010 by HC Eaton Pardubice from the Extraliga.

Mid-October 2010 Kudělka been engaged after nine games in the Czech Republic from TPS Turku of the SM- liiga. For the 2011/12 season he returned to his Czech homeland and signed a contract with HC Vitkovice Steel in the Extraliga.

Internationally

For Kudělka Czech Republic took part in the U18 World Youth Championship in 2005, as well as the U20 World Junior Championships in 2006 and 2007 in part.
