Upper Kama Upland

The Kamahöhen (Russian Верхнекамская возвышенность, Werchnekamskaja woswyschennost ) are one to 337 m high mountain range in the eastern part of Russia, on the upper reaches of the Kama.
The ridge is the area of origin of Kama and many of its tributaries, including Tschepza ( tributary of the Kamanebenflusses Vyatka ), Kossa and Greatwall. The ridge is heavily dissected and is an average of 240-280 m, the plateaus 300-335 m high.
The highest point is Mount Kamahöhen Krasnoyar in Rajon Afanassjewo in the Kirov Oblast. In the covered with coniferous forests Mountain deposits are suspected of petroleum.
