Valentin Negru

Valentin Marian Negru ( born September 4, 1982 in Bucharest ) is a Romanian football player. He won in 2006 with Rapid Bucharest the Romanian Cup. Since summer 2013 he is back at Rapid under contract.

Career

The career of Negru began at Sportul Studenţesc in his hometown. In the 2000 /01 season he came to his first stakes in the first team, which played into the second Romanian league, the Divizia B. At the end of the season he got his team on the Divizia A. Again, he served first as a reserve player. Only in the 2002/03 season he came regularly to the course, but had to join the back to the House. During the winter break 2003/ 04 he left Sportul and moved to local rivals Rapid Bucharest, who played for the Romanian championship. When he became the Rapid team regular in midfield.
