Victoria, Anatolia, and Audax
Victoria of Rome (Latin Champion, * 230 in Rome. † December 18 253 in Trebula Mutuesca, today Monteleone Sabino, Rieti Prov ) is an early Christian martyr who was killed in the persecution of Christians under Emperor Decius.
Vita
The story tells that Victoria was displayed by her pagan husband Eugenius for their Christian faith and then beheaded. Another tradition reported that she had been torn in the amphitheater of a bull.
