Vilija Sereikaitė (born 12 February 1987 in Panevėžys, Lithuanian SSR, Soviet Union) is a Lithuanian cyclist, specializing in endurance events in track cycling.

2006 Vilija Sereikaitė first drew international attention with a third place in the individual pursuit at the World Cup race in Sydney. 2007 and 2008, she was European Junior Champion in the same discipline. At the Olympic Games in Beijing in 2008, she was sixth in the pursuit.

2009, 2010 and 2011 Vilija Sereikaitė took third place at the World Championships in the pursuit of each.
