Walpole Wilderness Area

The Walpole Wilderness Area ( even Walpole Wilderness or short- WW) is an administrative region between Manjimup and Albany in the south of Western Australia, Australia. It covers an area of 3633 km ² (2008 ) and includes numerous national parks and other protected areas in this region.

The leitmotif of the Walpole Wilderness is to preserve the old stock of Jarrah, Karri and Red Tingle forests and biodiversity of endemic animals and plants.
