William Carvalho
William Silva de Carvalho ( born April 7, 1992 Luanda, Angola ) is a Portuguese football player.
Career
In the club
William Carvalho was born in Angola and moved in infancy with his family to Portugal over. In 2005 he was inducted into the junior section of Sporting Lisbon. After a few games for the B team, he made his debut on April 3, 2011 as part of a 1-1 draw against Vitória Guimarães shortly before the game ends as a substitute in the Primeira Liga. In the first half of the 2011/12 season Carvalho played on loan at the then third division side CD Fátima, in the second half led him another lending to the Belgian first division side Cercle Brugge. When the Belgians themselves Carvalho established in the following one and a half years as a regular player. At the end of the season 2012/13 he held with the club just the class. For the 2013/14 season Carvalho returned to Sporting Lisbon.
In the National Team
Carvalho went through the Portuguese national youth teams. On November 19, 2013 he made his debut as part of the play-off second leg of World Cup qualifiers against Sweden under coach Paulo Bento in the senior team.
