William Miller Ord

William Miller Ord ( born September 23, 1834 † May 14, 1902 ) was a British physician. He was a surgeon at St. Thomas Hospital in London.

He described 1879 as the first Ord 's thyroiditis ( Autoimmunthyreopathie Type 1B and 2B), one of the two progressive forms of Hashimoto 's thyroiditis.
