Wiltshire Council
Wiltshire is a unitary authority in the county of Wiltshire in England. Administrative center is the city of Trowbridge.
The Wiltshire unitary authority was formed on 1 April 2009 from the non- metropolitan county of Wiltshire. At the same time the four Districts Kennet, North Wiltshire, Salisbury and West Wiltshire was dissolved and its powers to the Council of Wiltshire ( Wiltshire Council) transmitted. Since then, there is a ceremonial county of Wiltshire from the unitary authorities Wiltshire and Swindon.
