Yasin Pehlivan

Yasin Pehlivan (born 5 January 1989 in Vienna) is an Austrian football player of Turkish origin. He has next to the Austrian and Turkish citizenship and plays in Turkey not a foreigner quota.

Career

Association

The son of Turkish immigrants began his career in 1998 with WS Ottakring, where he played until 2000. From 2000 to 2002, he was awarded by the Ottakringern at the First Vienna FC. In 2002 he was awarded to SK Rapid Wien. After two years, he was finally obliged by the Austrian record holder.

Due to its good performance in the amateur squad Pehlivan changed in January 2009 in the Bundesliga squad. His debut in the Bundesliga he was right in the first round of the season on February 22, 2009, compared to FC Red Bull Salzburg. On 14 March 2009, he scored in a 6-0 home win against Kapfenberg per shot his first Bundesliga goal.

In 2009 he was named " Toto young star ."

On 30 May 2011 SK Rapid Wien was the change to the Turkish Süper Lig Gaziantepspor known where he received a five-year contract. The transfer fee is said to have amounted to around one million euros. To this change strove particularly the then coach Gaziantepspors, Tolunay Kafka, who had played himself some years in the austrian football league. After his exchange he had with his new club start-up problems and a difficult relationship with Kafka. After Kafka's ' resignation itself Pehlivan increased and later worked under coach Hikmet Karaman, the expected benefits from it.

After two years with Gaziantepspor he moved to the summer of 2013 within the League to Bursaspor. Please refer to the change was the fact that his second last coach at Gaziantepspor, Hikmet Karaman, now working as a coach at Bursaspor.

National

He has so far played one game for the Austrian U -20 team and was first nominated in March 2009 by Dietmar Constantini for the Austrian national team, where he made his debut in the World Cup qualifier celebrated on 1 April 2009 against Romania.
