The Zosima Shashkov (Russian Зосима Шашков ) (Eng. Zosima Shashkov ) is a river cruise ship, built in 1986 in the GDR VEB Elbe yards Boizenburg / Roßlau in Boizenburg and Dmitriy Furmanov class, Project 302, a part of Series II. The ship was named after the Russian Minister of the River Fleet of the USSR Zosima Shashkov Alexeyevich. The German designation was BIFA 129М ( inland passenger ship 129 meters) and the hull number 387 The ship is of Vodohod on the cruise route Saint Petersburg - Mandrogi - Kizhi - Goritsy ( Scheksna ) - Uglich - Moscow used.
History
The river cruise ship with four passenger decks was built in 1986 for the shipping company " Wolschskoje Retschnoje Parochodstwo " ( Volga - river shipping company ) in Gorki. It belongs to a series of 1983 to 1991 produced 27 1 (Vladimir Vysotskiy - not finished) ships Dmitriy Furmanov class, a development of Vladimir Ilyich class of the same yard. The ship has a diesel-electric drive with three main engines. 2013 15 to 30 cabins of river cruise ship for domestic tourists will be released for the first time.
Equipment
All comfortable 1 -, 2 - and 4- bed cabins are equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator, shower and WC, 220 V connection and have large windows (except the lower deck). On board are a restaurant and a bar-restaurant, two bars, meeting facilities, sun deck with lounge chairs, music room, sauna.
