The first FFV Erfurt is a women's football club from Erfurt. The club was founded on 25 June 1997 and plays in the Regionalliga Nord. The club colors are red and black.

History

Green - white roots

The roots of the first FFV Erfurt are at SV Grün-Weiß Erfurt. 1992 abolished the SV Grün -Weiß Erfurt promotion to the Oberliga Nordost (now Regional ), at the time the second- highest league in Germany. The birth of the first FFV

In 2003, the name " Green and White " was completely dropped from the club name, now was the first FFV Erfurt an integral part of women's football in Thuringia. The work of the past year was the first fruits. 2005 the team was the first time Thuringian indoor champion, ending years of dominance of FF USV Jena. With an average age of 19 years, the team in the season 2005/ 06 runners-up the national league Thuringia was.
