( 1058 ) Grubba is an asteroid of the main belt, which was discovered on June 22, 1925 by Russian astronomer Grigory Abramovich Schain at the Crimean Observatory in Shimei (IAU code 094).

Named the asteroid is named after Sir Howard Grubb Parson & Co., England, who also built the 40 -inch reflector of the Crimean Observatory.
