( 1567) Alikoski is an asteroid of the main belt, which was discovered on April 22, 1941 by Yrjö Väisälä the Finnish astronomers in Turku.

The asteroid is named after the Finnish astronomer and assistant to the Turku observatory Heikki A. Alikoski.

Alikoski moves at a distance of 2.9390 ( perihelion ) to 3.4834 ( aphelion ) astronomical units in 5.75 years of the sun. The orbit is inclined 17.285 ° to the ecliptic, the orbital eccentricity is 0.0848.
