1940–41 Taça de Portugal

The Taça de Portugal 1940/41, was the third host dwes Portuguese football cup competition. The competition was organized by the Portuguese Football Federation. The final was held on 22 June 1941 in the Campo Salésias instead. Cup winner was the Sporting Clube de Portugal.

First round

In this round, all the teams started the Primeira and Segunda Divisão, the two Portuguese top classes.

Quarterfinals

In this round also União Madeira joined as winners of the Championship Madeira in the competition.

Semifinal

Because of a tie, a play had to be discharged.
