1952 FIVB Volleyball Men's World Championship
The Volleyball World Championship for men in 1952 was held from 29 August in Moscow on 17. The Soviet Union was able to defend her title without dropping a set. The Games were held in the open air in Dynamo stadium.
Mode
The eleven participants played in the preliminary round in a triple and two groups of four. The top two teams in each group determined in the final group the world champion. The remaining teams played to the ranks of seven to eleven.
