1955–56 British National League season

The 1955/56 season was the second season of the British National League, the highest British Hockey League. Masters were the Nottingham Panthers.

Mode

In the main round each of the five teams played a total of 24 games. The winner of the main round was champion. For a win, each team received two points for a Draws a point and a defeat.
