1967 Men's European Volleyball Championship
The Volleyball European Championship Men 1967 took place from 26 October to 8 November in Turkey. Germany introduced with the Federal Republic and the GDR two of the twenty participants. The games took place in Adana, İzmir, Ankara and Istanbul. The Soviet Union was European champion without losing.
Mode
First, a preliminary round was held, in which the twenty participants were divided into four groups of five. The top two teams in each group played in the final group of " all against all " for the title. The third-placed and fourth played for places nine to sixteen, the rest of the team for the places 17 through 20 teams who've been hit on each other in the preliminary round, the results were included in the evaluation of the final round.
