The 1997/98 season was the seventh season of the Lithuanian Hockey League, the highest Lithuanian Hockey League. Champion for the seventh time total in club history, the SC Energia.

Mode

In the main round each of the five teams played a total of 16 games. The winner of the main round met in the championship final to directly qualified for this SC Energia. For a win, each team was given two points, a draw there was a point and a defeat.
