2-4 Family

2-4 Family was a Hip-Hop-/Rapband which published twelve songs from 1998 to 2000. The band was formed by American rappers Jay Double (Jay Dogg ) and Michael Johnson (Jazz), as well as the Korean singer Essence Woods ( Essie ) from Dallas, Texas and her friend Joanne Valda O'Meara ( Jo ) from London founded in Germany in 1997. Jo, who later became the lead singer of S Club 7, was determined by the first single Stay by Joanna Biscardine, also from London, replaced. The second single Lean on Me placed in 1999 as the first single in many chart lists in Europe. On 16 March 1999, the band released their only album Family Business and three months later was followed by their third and final single Take Me Home.

2006, the band was founded in 2-4 Family from the producers new with new members under the same name and published the less successful single, Stand Up.
