2002–03 Premier League of Bosnia and Herzegovina

The Premijer Liga 2002/ 03 was the 5th season of the top flight of the men in club football from Bosnia and Herzegovina. This was the first season after the merger of Premijer league with the First League of RS. The defending champion was FK Željezničar Sarajevo. Finally, for the first time in history, an association of the Republika Srpska, the FK Leotar Trebinje master of Premijer league.

The ongoing season was the only season with twenty representatives. After the League operation was again reduced to sixteen teams.
