(2008) Konstitutsiya is an asteroid of the main belt, which on 27 September 1973 by the Russian astronomer Lyudmila Ivanovna Chernykh at the Crimean Observatory ( IAU code 095) was discovered in Nautschnyj.

The asteroid was named the occasion of the adoption of the new Constitution of the USSR on October 7, 1977.
