The Internazionali BNL d' Italia in 2012 was a tennis tournament of the WTA Tour in 2012 for women and a tennis tournament on the ATP World Tour 2012 for men in Rome, and found at the same time from 13 to 20 May 2012.

Defending champion Novak Djokovic in the individual was in the men's and Maria Sharapova in the women. In the men's doubles pairing Peng Shuai and Zheng Jie was the pairing of John Isner and Sam Querrey, the defending champion in women's doubles.
