( 4200) is a main-belt asteroid Shizukagozen, which was discovered on November 28, 1983 by Yoshiaki Banno and Takeshi Urata at the observatory in Nasukarasuyama.

The asteroid was after Shizuka Gozen, Minamoto no Yoshitsune of the beloved, named. The asteroid was given this name because its orbit is highly similar to that of the ( 3178 ) Yoshitsune.
