( 4445 ) is a main-belt asteroid Jimstratton, which was discovered on October 15, 1985 by Kenzo Suzuki and Takeshi Urata of the Toyota astronomical observatory.

The asteroid is named after James Michael Stratton, an engineer who contributed to the development of the spacecraft New Horizons.
