( 6537 ) Adamovich is an asteroid of the main belt, which was discovered on August 19, 1979 by Russian astronomer Nikolai Stepanovich Chernykh at the Crimean Observatory in Nautschnyj (IAU code 095).

The asteroid was named after the Belarusian writers, critics and scholars Ales Adamovich (1927-1994), who was one of the founding members in 1988 of the human rights organization Memorial.
