A Flintstone Family Christmas

Flintstones - Christmas in Bedrock is a 1993 produced Hanna-Barbera TV animated film the television series The Flintstones, which is also known under the title Steihnachten Firestone family. The 30-minute special was nominated for an Emmy in 1994.

Action

Fred Flintstone is very excited, as Pebbles and Bamm Bamm - with their children come to visit over Steihnachten and he can play the Steihnachtsmann at the parade. Unfortunately, the flight is delayed due to dense driving snow and Fred and his friend Barney being robbed by a boy who has disguised himself as Steihnachtsmann. At the police station they learn of Kiesela tartar from social services that the young Steini has been left a bad experience for all foster families and was always rejected. This wakes Wilma's compassion, so they take the boy to Fred's displeasure with them on. Finally, Fred is imprisoned by an unhappy executed plan Steinis, to thank him for his confidence. Fortunately, his employer, Mr. Slate get him out of jail so that he can still ride in the parade. Fred now makes a decision and brings the pterosaurs, which pull his sleigh, to aufzusteingen and gets out of the car stoning of woman tartar. At the end of stoning is a new member in the family flint and Rubble.

Production and publication

The film was directed by Ray Patterson and producer Larry Huber. The music was composed by Steven Bramson and for the cut Pat Foley was responsible.

The first broadcast took place on December 18, 1993 on ABC in the United States. In October 1994, the publication of the German version on VHS by Ufa video followed. 2011 came the film in the U.S. by Warner Home Video released on DVD.
