A Plea for Purging

A Plea for Purging is an American Christian metalcore band from Nashville, Tennessee.

History

The band was founded in Murfreesboro in 2005 and was in its first year of existence about 200 concerts. The band's name means " An Appeal to clean ". In the lyrics it comes to their perception of the modern, American Christianity and to worship. In an interview with the singer Andy Atkins described the aim of the band to give glory to God ( "Our goal is to give glory to God, did call a Christian ' tape or not, that's our goal. "). The band has released two music videos, " Malevolence " and " Shiver ".
