Abdallah Isaaq Deerow

Abdallah Isaaq Deerow (* 1950 in Elgaras; † 28 July 2006 in the Baidoa ) was a Somali politician. He was up to his violent death Constitution Minister of the transitional government of his country.

Shortly before his death, Deerow scheduled for a vote of no confidence against Prime Minister Ali Mohammed Ghedi one. 18 ministers had resigned the day before Deerows death in protest because it was the transitional government have failed to bring peace and stability of Somalia.

On July 28, Deerow fell after Friday prayers outside a mosque in Baidoa assassinated. As a result there was unrest in the already heated situation in the country.
