Abigail Padgett

Mary Abigail Padgett ( born May 13, 1942 in Vincennes, Indiana ) is an American author.

Life

Padgett graduated in 1964 on the Indiana University Bloomington her studies in education from and received her Master at the University of Missouri in 1969. Between her studies, she worked as an English teacher at a high school. Later she worked as a court investigator for child protection in San Diego until they completely focused since 1988 on its activities as an author.

Padgett's first series to Barbara " Bo" Bradley, a child protection attorney in San Diego with bipolar disorder, both in the U.S. and in many other countries, was a great success. Her second book series turned to Blue McCarron, a lesbian social psychologist who is involved in several murder cases. It was also translated according to the American original in many languages. The series of Blue Mc Carron last appeared in Prospero Verlag, Münster and Berlin.
