Abiola Dauda

Abiola Dauda (born 3 February 1988) is a Nigerian football player and is currently under contract with Red Star Belgrade. The striker won in 2008 with the Kalmar FF to the Swedish championship title.

Career

Career start in the home and breakthrough in Sweden

Dauda began playing football at the Grassroot Highlanders in his home country. In 2006 he moved to Europe to join the Swedish club GIF Sölvesborgs. For the antretenden in the fourth division Division 2 Södra Götaland club from southern Sweden, he distinguished himself as a regular goalscorer. After he had achieved in the 2007 23 goals in 25 games, he caught the attention of clubs such as höherklassiger Kalmar FF.

In October 2007, he signed a valid from January 2008, three-year contract at KFF. For his new club he ran on both the Allsvenskan and the U-21 youth team in the early years. In the season of 2012, he became a regular goal scorers, which he once again guaranteed a regular place in coach Nanne mountain beach. With 14 goals this season he placed among the top five scorers in the scoresheet, also ranked the club to the end of the season in the secure mid-table. Then he announced his departure from the club of the year, he has been linked with clubs in various European countries.

Change to Red Star Belgrade

Dauda then moved to the Serbian top club Red Star Belgrade, where he signed a contract in February 2013. There he was soon at the initial formation and denied until the summer of eleven games in which he scored four goals. At the end of the season 2012/2013 he was with his club runner. Together with Dragan Mrđa he made in the following season the prolific strike partnership of the club, the club in the championship duel with the reigning champion, the city rivals Partizan Belgrade, held.
