Acraea

Akraia (Greek Ἀκραία ), also Acraea, is a naiad in Greek mythology.

According to Pausanias Akraia was a daughter of the river god Asterion and together with her sisters Euboea and Prosymna the nurse of the goddess Hera. The hill on which is situated opposite the Heraion of Argos, is named after her, the opposite hill to her sister Euboea and after Prosymna the landscape below the Heraion.
