Adobe GoLive

Adobe GoLive is an HTML editor of the company Adobe Systems. He is a WYSIWYG editor for Mac OS and Microsoft Windows. Creating and editing Web pages is simplified by drag and drop, pre-made pages and syntax highlighting.

Was developed the program from the Hamburg company Gonet communications in 1996 as GoLive Cyber ​​Studio and GoLive Systems. In 1999 the company was bought by Adobe. The first Adobe GoLive version published in 1999. In versions 2 and 2.3 of the Adobe Creative Suite both GoLive and Dreamweaver 8 are included. Although the final version of Adobe GoLive 9 was marked " CS2 ", but was only offered separately and used for the layout rendering engine Opera (as well as Dreamweaver up to version CS3). With this version, the development and in April 2008, the distribution of GoLive in favor of Dreamweaver CS3 has been set.
