Adolf Šimperský

Adolf Šimperský (* August 5, 1909 in Břevnov, † February 15, 1964 ) was a Czechoslovak football player.

Club career

Šimperský came 18 years to Slavia Prague and was soon compared to Karel Pesek - Kada from rivals Sparta Prague. The central midfielder was regarded as tech-savvy. Furthermore it a high game intelligence was said as well as the ability to hold the ball and fit right. However, a rapid weight gain prevented a great career.

With Slavia Šimperský 1930, 1931, 1933, 1934 and 1935 Czechoslovak champion.
