Adolf Werner

Adolf " Adsch " Werner ( * October 19, 1886 in Kiel, † September 6, 1975 ) was a German football player. Adolf Werner graduated 1909-1912 13 caps for the senior national team and was at times German 's most capped player.

Career

Werner was considered the most important German goalkeeper before the First World War. On March 16, 1909 he made ​​his debut in the senior national team in the first official international match of the DFB on English soil.
