Aegialeus (King of Argos)

Aigialeus (Greek Αἰγιαλεύς ) was in Greek mythology, the son of Adrastus and the amphitheater or the Demonassa. He fathered a Neleiden the Aigialeia and Kyanippos.

He was the only of the epigones, who died during the conquest of Thebes. He was killed by Laodamas. His body was in Pigai, a place in Megara, buried, and there worshiped as a hero. A tribe in Sicyon to have been named after him Aigialos.
