Agata Buzek

Agata Buzek ( born September 20, 1976 in Pyskowice ) is a Polish actress.

Life

Agata Buzek is the daughter of former Polish Prime Minister and President of the European Parliament Jerzy Buzek. Mid -1980s, she contracted polio and walked with her family for two years to Germany, where she was treated successfully. She completed her acting training from the Akademia Teatralna Warsaw in 1999 and works alongside the Acting as a model in Paris. Her film debut was in 1997. Their theater debut was in 1999 at the Teatr Ateneum in Warsaw. Since 2006 she is married. In 2007, she took a role in the episode Fettkiller the German crime series Tatort. The episode was aired on ARD on 30 December 2007. In 2008, she played Mary in the episode A Mary from Stettin of the German crime series Police 110, which aired on 21 September 2008. For her role in the film Rewers she was honored at the 2009 Polish Film Festival Gdynia with the Best Actor Award and 2010 with the Polish Film Award. At the Berlinale 2010, she was as one of ten young actors awarded the European Shooting Star.
