Agii Theodori (Greek Άγιοι Θεοδώροι ( m. pl. ) ) Is a town with just 5,000 inhabitants in the Greek region of Peloponnese. It is located north-east of the Corinth Canal on the coast of the Saronic Gulf about 20 km east of the city of Corinth and about 60 km southwest of the Greek capital Athens.

Agii Theodori was until 2010 an independent municipality in the prefecture of Corinthia - from 1994 as a township ( dimos ) - January 1, 2011 and was merged with the western neighboring town of Loutraki, the municipality Loutraki - Agii Theodori, where she has since formed a district.

Agii Theodori has a station on the railway line Athens-Corinth, as well as a motorway junction on the motorway 8 ( Athens-Corinth ).

Geology

In the vicinity of Agii Theodorii the volcanic area is Sousaki with numerous hydrothermally altered rocks and with active gas seeps mofettes.
