Agnolotti

Agnolotti are filled dumplings from the Piedmont region and are an italian pasta places.

The agnolotti are made in contrast to ravioli or tortellini from a dough. For this purpose, a pasta dough is rolled into sheets and spread the filling in small portions. Then the second half is folded over. The square bag are then cut as with other varieties filled with a back wheel.

The variants of the fillings are as diverse as uncountable.
